Proof of Purchase:
To enter the tournament the original credit card used to make the online purchase must be available for review. Failure to present the original credit card used for the transaction may result in forfeiture of Buy-In and loss of tournament seat. In some Casinos players must secure a Players Card to play.

Identification:
YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD. Valid personal identification is required. Acceptable forms are current: U.S. state-issued drivers license or photo-ID, U.S. military ID, or passport. ID must be shown upon arrival for tournament play and will also be necessary to secure the required Players Card.

PURCHASE POLICY
Online registration for any designated event will close 1 hour prior to the time of the event.
Table & seat number are subject to change at the discretion of the Casino management.
A ticket will be issued as receipt of payment (verification) after the transaction has been authorized and a ticket will guarantee a seat on the designated event. This ticket must be brought to the poker room tournament registration desk on the day of the event as proof of purchase.
Partial deposits or split payments are not allowed. Rebuys, satellites and add-ons cannot be purchased in advance or by credit card. At the time of purchase an administrative convenience charge (3% to 6% based on ticket amount) will be added to all online credit card purchases All prepaid registrations are subject to cancellation and refund at the discretion of the casino management under the terms described in this policy or in the event of the cancellation of any tournament for any reason.

REFUND POLICY
Any tournament registration (buy-in plus entry fee) purchased in advance by credit card through the website may be refundable based on these terms:

• The registered user must request a refund via the website by sending an email to registrations@easternpokertour.com.
• All refund requests must be a minimum of 3 hours prior to the official start of the tournament purchased.
• The online convenience charge is not refundable. A full refund will be given for cancelled tournaments.

All refunds requested after the refund deadline as described above may not be granted and monies will not be returned.
No show policy: All prepaid tournament registrations that are not claimed by the official start of the tournament and have not been refunded as described above will be considered as a "paid seat". If the purchaser has not appeared, the paid seat will be anted/blinded off once tournament registration closes.

Approved refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the tournament seat within 30 days from date the refund was requested or the date of cancellation.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
All requests to negate or reverse charges will be investigated. If it is determined that you made a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services as well as local law enforcement. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report and create possible legal charges that may be filed against you.
Eastern Poker Tour reserves the right to modify this Policy at its discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy. You agree to periodically review our Web site, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Keep your ticket in a safe place as you would money or regular tickets. Eastern Poker Tour is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. In event that duplicate copies appear, the Casino reserves the right to refuse entry to all tickets holders and may credit the original purchaser the face value which will constitute full remuneration.
